RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1.  Decorations on the lawn are limited to flowers (cut or artificial) as well as potted plants.  Artificial flowers and decorations will be treated the same as fresh flowers.  All flowers will be REMOVED  each Tuesday for the purpose of mowing and cleaning of the cemetery on Wednesdays.  Exceptions will be made for new burials and Holidays.
  2.  All flowers must be placed in the vases purchased from the Cemetery or in unbreakable containers.   No more than two (2) vases and/or containers shall be permitted on any one grave. No glass vases.
  3.  Every reasonable effort will be made to care for flowers, vases and any items.  Neither the Cemetery District or any employee will be responsible for  any items that may be lost, stolen or misplaced.
  4. Special decorations are permitted one week before the following Holidays:  Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day and  Thanksgiving.
  5. No person shall place or pour sand, gravel, and/or rocks on any grave.  Removing soil from around headstones to use as a border is not allowed.
  6. Use of barbeques or open flames are prohibited.
  7.  All combustible materials are not permitted on cemetery grounds. 
  8.  The use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted on cemetery grounds.
  9. Any activities such as baseball, soccer, football, skateboarding, frisbee throwing, volleyball, golf, or any other sport are not permitted.
  10. All children must be supervised by an adult.
  11. Running is not allowed on cemetery grounds.
  12. Pets are allowed but must be on a leash.  Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  13.  No burials will be permitted without proper Burial Permits.  All burial orders must be signed by the person in charge of burial arrangements.. Charges must be paid in advance of opening the grave..  Cement vaults are required with all burials (except for the option of cremation burials).  
  14.  The Cemetery reserves the right to exclude any headstone, monument, structure or any other object which may conflict with the regulations or appearance of the Cemetery.
  15.  All markers (Headstones)  hereafter set in the Cemetery shall be flat only.
  16.  No burials shall take place on Weekends or Holidays. Effective as of January 2023.

     Cemetery gates are open daily from 8:00am - 4:00pm

     Cemetery Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 3:30pm
